Our carport is constructed using thicker panels and wider steel pipes, ensuring greater durability and the ability to withstand strong winds and heavy snow. We have added 2 strengthening bars to the framework, enhancing overall stability and safety. The carport also comes with 5 top beam support frames, providing better wind and snow load capacity, as well as side support frames for added durability and strength.

Anchor kits are included to secure the carport to the ground, along with protective strips equipped with edge protection sleeves. The 12x20FT carport is packaged in 4 boxes and weighs 520 pounds, offering more materials for increased durability compared to other carports of the same size.

The tube frame of our carport is thicker than others, with a diameter of 2" x 2" and a thickness of 1.3mm. It is also powder-coated for rust-resistance and long-lasting use. Additional features such as 5 top fixing brackets and brackets at each pillar and canopy connection point ensure a sturdy framework that can withstand various weather conditions.

We provide sealing adhesive to ensure 100% waterproofing when installed correctly. Additionally, the carport comes with self-tapping screws, self-drilling screws, and all necessary installation accessories for easy assembly.
